Yippee! It seems that the ground-hog did NOT see his/her shadow in southern Ontario today and the huge storm that had promised to bury our area didn’t quite materialize. However, as I look out my livingroom window, my view of the fields is now somewhat hampered by large snowflakes that began falling in earnest about an hour ago. Although the winter season provides some great photographic opportunities, I can’t wait for Spring.
My New Year’s Resolution to write more frequent posts on my blog hasn’t happened and I apologize to those of you who may have taken the time to check it out. Although I haven’t been blogging, I have been on a number of local outings on my own and with some of my group from The Oshawa Camera Club. During the month of January, I have been to Tyrone Mill and Brookside Cottage B and B with a few club members , Bond Head Parkette, and Millbrook. I’ve taken so many winter photos this month that it’s hard to choose the ones I like best for my slide show. The image featured at the top of this post is the “falls” at Needler’s Mill in Millbrook.
Nice to see you finally posted some more photos. I enjoy your skills as a photographer.
Andy,
I thought that once I “retired” that I’d have more time to Blog but I’ve found so many things that I enjoy doing. I’ll make more of an effort to become a regular!
